About Scott Lee
E. Scott Lee combines an extensive background in business with a wide range of legal experience to provide his clients with a uniquely practical perspective. An attorney since 1984, he now devotes his practice primarily to estate planning and asset protection. Mr. Lee also offers frequent educational seminars on a variety of estate planning topics to both the general public and private groups in Idaho.
After a personal experience of his elderly grandfather being taken advantage of by a second wife, Mr. Lee believes it is essential to plan now for what may happen in the future. The goals of estate planning are some of the most fundamental missions in society. These include fortifying families, protecting legacies, ensuring that the dreams parents have for their children are not lost to taxes, poor planning or procrastination. Mr. Lee helps his clients leave a legacy for their loved ones, not only in terms of financial means, but also reflecting the values and beliefs that can be shared with generations to come.
Before you seal your well-crafted trust or will with your signature, Mr. Lee will seal a trusting relationship with you and those you love. He'll take the time to get to know you as individuals, to learn about your hopes and preferences, to understand what makes you comfortable, and what makes you most proud about your life and family.
